Episode 8: "Mayuri's Secret Plan – Villain ya Bas Bechaari?"

After the explosive reveal of the diary and the confession Bhavesh almost made, Episode 7 ended with Anamika torn between what she feels and what she fears. But just when things were starting to settle, a shadow lurked in the background—Mayuri. Sweet, smiling Mayuri. But was she really just a friend… or a master manipulator?

Episode 8 Begins

The corridor was silent, except for the click of Mayuri's heels echoing like tension in a thriller movie. She looked straight into the mirror of the hostel washroom, pulled out a second phone from her bag (the secret one no one knew about), and whispered, “Operation Anamika-Bhavesh Breakup begins tonight.”

Wait—what?!

Meanwhile, Anamika sat with Bhavesh on their favourite bench, sipping banana shake like always. Bhavesh was extra sweet today—he handed her the shake with both hands, made sure she didn’t spill it, and wiped sugar powder from her cheek with his thumb. It felt… perfect. Until Mayuri entered the frame.

Mayuri: “Anamikaaa! Woh assignment submit karna tha na, tu mujhe apna USB de na… aur haan, kal Bhavesh kya keh raha tha tere baare mein mujhe… kuch khaas…”

Anamika’s ears perked up.

Bhavesh: “Mayuri, chalo canteen chalte hain, mujhe tumse bhi kuch baat karni hai.”

The line was dropped casually. But to Anamika, it felt like an earthquake. Bhavesh wanted to talk to Mayuri, alone? Since when?

Flashback Reveal:

Mayuri is seen looking at old photos—of Bhavesh and her, in first year. Of messages unsent. Of love, one-sided, hidden in folders named “Assignment Final Copy”.

She whispers, “Tujhe toh lagta hai Anamika tujhe samajhti hai Bhavesh, par uska sirf fascination hai… mujhe teri aadatein pata hain, tujhe banane waale khwaab pata hain.”

Cut to Present:

Mayuri starts spending more time with Bhavesh—asking doubts, sitting next to him in library, laughing at his lamest jokes.

Anamika watches from a distance, not jealous but confused. "Bhavesh toh mujhe bolta tha, mujhe hi dekhkar shake peeta hai, ab…?"

One evening, Mayuri “accidentally” sends Anamika a screenshot of a chat with Bhavesh. A very flirty-looking line. No context.

But what Mayuri doesn’t know is—Bhavesh had forwarded that message to her for advice, not as a reply to her flirt.

Climax Twist:

Anamika confronts Bhavesh.

He’s stunned.

She shows the screenshot.

He goes silent for 5 seconds… then laughs. “Pagli, yeh toh main tujhse puchhna chahta tha ki aise line kaise ignore karein… mujhe laga Mayuri mujhe trap kar rahi hai!”

BOOM.

Anamika's eyes widened.

So Mayuri… WAS actually planning something?

Bhavesh and Anamika dig deeper—Mayuri’s chat patterns, her shifting behaviour, her recent lies about Bhavesh.

Final Scene:

Mayuri opens her secret diary—yes, there’s another one!

And it reads, “If I can’t have Bhavesh, no one will…”
